Brandi and Steve created B&S Fitness Programs LLC in the spring of 2004 when they realized there was a market for professional quality adult fitness programs on the North Shore. After only one year, B&S Fitness Programs LLC expanded their boot camp program to Danvers, Marblehead, Beverly and Boston. Since then we have added locations in Manchester, Topsfield, Swampscott, and Peabody. We were voted “Best New Business” in Salem for 2005, which was an unexpected honor that really shows how reputable our programs are. The number of special events has grown from just two (Haunted City One Mile Swim and Haunted City Junior Triathlon) in 2004 to four (Haunted City Junior Triathlon, Wild Fish One Mile Swim, Adventure Duathlon – kayak, run-kayak- and another adventure duathlon- trail run, mt. bike, trail run) in 2005. Since then we have created events such as the Wicked 1/2 Marathon, Powow Triathlon and the Purely Mad 2 Mile Swim. We have helped direct many other special events and conitnue to grow our event series.
In 2008 B&S Sport Science was born to fill a sport conditioning and rehab training need on the north shore. In 2009 we created the North Shore Boot Camp Company to better target and focus on the growing interest and need for Boot Camps.
We look forward to expanding B&S Fitness Programs LLC, B&S Sport Science and North Shore Boot Camp Company and helping more and more people reach their fitness goals in the future.

Started my training career four years ago after having a serious interest in it for years. I changed my job from being a travel agent to pursue being a fitness trainer. It is such a rewarding field to be in. Helping people reach their fitness goals, weight loss and attaining good physical health. My background includes all special populations (youth, seniors) specifically rehabbing post injury and injury prevention, also certified in stretching techniques to improve general health, sports performance-many have benefited tremendously with improved flexibility in the back, hips and shoulders.Currently recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as a certified personal trainer.I continue to enjoy running marathons, half marathons and triathlons.
Motto: Fitness is one of the very few things in life where you get back as much as you put in. Put in hard work and determination and we reap large rewards in the quality of our lives.
