Each Sports Specific Boot Camp is designed around the components of health and skill related physical fitness focusing on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, dynamic flexibility, agility, speed, power, coordination and quickness.
Sport specific movements, skills and drills are incorporated into the workouts as are antagonistic movements and muscle groups. Sport related equipment can be utilized in the workouts but are not necessary.
Sports Specific Boot Camps are ideal for pre and post seasons but can also be incorporated into the regular season.
Coaches are welcome to participate and can be done at your facility or ours.
All Sports Specific Boot Camps are on a first come first serve basis.
Ideal Sport/Team/Theme combinations:
Open Field Sports: Soccer, Lacrosse, Field Hockey
Power Sports: Football, Baseball, Softball, Track (Throwing & Sprinting)
Interval Power Sports: Basketball, Rugby, Hockey
Muscular and Cardiorespiratory Endurance Sports: Track (running), Cross Country, Swimming
: Varies with location and number of participants (roughly $9-$15/pp).
